PUTRAJAYA, THURS: TWENTY-THREE vehicles were buried under a landslide in Precinct 9 which forced 1,000 residents to evacuate their homes at 4.30 this morning. Putrajaya Police Chief ASP Razak Majid was quoted by Bernama as saying the landslide occurred at a hillock behind an apartment complex at Phase 11, Precinct 9.
He added that there were no report of anyone being trapped under the landslide.
This is an irony of supposedly super efficient new administrative hub in Putrajaya. From what I read , residents nearby have been complaining for sometime , and yet no effective follow up action?. Why is that?. What is the point of smart city , integrated city , intelligent city , but the people could not care the less?. naz_1969

Nature at it worst. A weird place to live in especially when no one cares about the people.
