My first experience with online banking is with Maybank2u back at 2002. At first, it was a big doubt to pay all your bills using online until a friend of mine thought me how to use it. I have a bad experience using Maybank2u to pay my Takaful Insurance. I paid using the wrong name but Maybank2u still accept it until I checked with my agent and he told me I did not paid. It took a few months to clear things up. I have to make a report to Takaful, report to Maybank and request a bank statement to identify the transaction. 
But I manage to get my money back.
