I am not sure whether this is a good news or not..
but from last February 2009, Tune Money will send your Tune Card directly to your house so you don’t have to go to the POS Malaysia anymore.
However, Tune Money will charge user RM 7 for the services. So no more hassle to go to the POS Malaysia to pick up your card 
Top Up Option
For top up option , Tune Money also introduce new service which enable you to top up at any selected e-pay outlets nationwide. Plus no more tune money related service will be available at Pos Malaysia outlets. Maybe POS Malaysia is having to much work with letters and package to deliver
* The delivery of Tune Card will be charged at RM7.00. Amount will be automatically deducted from your reload amount.
** Please be informed that from 6th Feb 09 onwards, all Tune Money related services will no longer be available at POS Malaysia outlets.

Dah remove “pop-up blocker” tapi page FPX tiada? Ada cara lain?
2.Bolehkah saya terus ke CIMB bank buat pembayaran tetapi kad belum terima?
3.Berapa lama kad akan tiba di rumah?

I manage to find the answer from Tune Money website for your question:
1. How long does it take to receive my new Tune Card?
Answer: Your card will be delivered to your mailing address within five (5) working daysa from the date of your initial load.
2. How do I make my initial load offline?
Answer:
Step 1 : Walk in to any of CIMB Bank or Bank Simpanan Nasional branches
Step 2 : Fill up a Cash Deposit Form (CIMB Bank Collect Service Form/ Bank Simpanan Nasional Deposit/ Bayaran/ Tuntutan Form) with the following information:
•Generic Reference number (the number is generated when you
applied your Tune Card online)
• Initial load amount
• Customer name
• NRIC / Passport number
• Contact number
Step 3 : Collect receipt as proof of purchase.
Note: You will be required to pay an additional fee of RM2.00
directly to CIMB Bank or Bank Simpanan Nasional.
For CIMB Bank and Bank Simpanan Nasional, the reload amount will
only be updated into your card account the next business day after
4pm.
3. For payment online, kalau dah removed pop up blocker usually shud be ok. but sometime mmg dia ada lagging utk reload. So cuba try lagi

Bro, susah la kalo nak topup gune e-pay tu. Lagipun dorang macam x familiar jer pasal Tunemoney ni. Hampir semua tempat e-pay yg aku pegi dorang ckp xtau pasal bende ni. Maybe sebab baru lagi kot.. So, cara yg paling senang nak topup guna cash ialah kat CIMB bank jer.

1. Please check here for your reference. I just made it for you. I dah try untuk buat reload thru PFX online, and no problem.
2. Reference number will be goven to you upon sign up, so I guess U kena call Tune Money Customer Service to get back the reference number.
3. Kalau tak payment, kad tak dpt bang hehe.

tunecard ada duit.Boleh ke saya link & confirm guna tunecard?sbb after confirm paypal akan deduct 1.95 us dollar kan?
3.Katakan saya nak beli buku kat oversea guna akaun paypal & deduct dari tunecard, bleh ke? Orang kata mesti guna credit card baru bleh, btol ke?
